Worthy of Praise

What a beautiful weekend we had on the boat, in the winter! I could sit on that sand all day just enjoying nature and both days we saw dolphin! I love the sparkly water from the sun and the beautiful colors in the sunset! When I am in creation I feel closer to God. I think seeing His creation is a reminder of Who He is! What He has created is incomprehensible. He refreshes my soul. Psalm 23: 2-3, "He makes me lie down in green pastures, He leads me beside quiet waters, He refreshes my soul. He guides me along the right paths for His name’s sake.”

Genesis tells the story of God’s creation of the world. On the first day, He created the light in the darkness. On the second day, He created the sky. On the third day, dry land and plants were created. On the fourth day, God created the sun, the moon and the stars. On the fifth day, the water and the animals of the sky were made. On the sixth day, land animals and people were created. Genesis 1: 31, “God saw all that He had made, and it was very good. And there was evening, and there was morning — the sixth day.”

God is the beginning and the end. He spoke the galaxies, planets, stars and entire solar systems into existence. He told every wave where to end. He set the earth on the exact tilt and sent it spinning around the sun. He is worthy of praise! Revelation 4: 11, "“You are worthy, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for you created all things, and by your will they were created and have their being.” I just looked up in the clear sky and the stars are plentiful and sparkling like diamonds! So beautiful! Thank You, God!
