What Kind of Seeds Are You Planting

I have learned that the more sweet things I eat the more I crave. I feed that sugar habit! Eating fast foods, processed foods, snacks, sugars and soft drinks can make us crave more sugar! The same is true with negativity, doubt, fear, guilt, regrets, shame doubt, etc. The more we feed those things the bigger they become.

In order to get rid of negative thoughts I have to turn those thoughts over to God and trust Him. We were not meant to handle things alone. We are not strong enough, smart enough, and we are not enough! We have to have faith in God! Faith is believing in something even if we do not see it. Faith is knowing He will take care of things. We only have to have a tiny bit of faith. Matthew 17: 20, "And He said to them, "Because of the littleness of your faith; for truly I say to you, if you have faith the size of a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there,' and it will move; and nothing will be impossible to you."

The disciples thought when they went to Jesus to ask for more faith He would give it to them. Luke 17: 5, "The apostles said to the Lord, “Increase our faith!” The disciples were asking for increased faith which showed they had faith. They truly believed Jesus could increase their faith. Jesus told them they had enough, when they have faith in the One! The One who call do all things. If you are praying for healing do not put faith in your prayer, but in the One you are praying to and the one Who gives you the power! Feeding our faith will grow trust and hope!

While your doubt and negativity can create mountains, your faith can move mountains!
