I don't care what you are going to do we should ask God's help. I am still working on this! Before I sit to write, whether work or personal, I ask God to give me His Words! When I do that it comes so easy and flows out and I am continuously amazed! Even when I go shopping, I always ask God to help me use my time and money wisely! Again, I am amazed at how He finds me the best deals or takes desires away. Things are better when we seek God first!
John 21: 3, ".... So they (Peter and his buddies who followed him) went out and got into the boat, but that night they caught nothing." Like we often do, Peter just took off with his own agenda and it failed. Proverbs 3: 6, "in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight." In ALL our ways! I am picking on Peter, knowing that He did not have the Bible to read like I do, but wonder how things would have gone if he had of sought God first? James 4: 13-15, "'Why, you do not even know what will happen tomorrow. What is your life? You are a mist that appears for a little while and then vanishes. Instead, you ought to say, 'If it is the Lord’s will, we will live and do this or that.'” When I include God in my everyday plans it seems He puts the right people at the right place for us to bless or be blessed! Whether we are writing, shopping or fishing! His way will always be better!
