Recently, I was in Florida, going shopping by myself. Mike had my uber information and knew where I was going. I arrived at the mall and noticed my phone was dying which is not like me. I almost panicked but I asked God to get me to the right person who I could trust to charge it. I walked out of a department store and saw a Reeds Jewelers - from Wilmington. That would be a safe place if they would do it. I walked in and told them I was from out of town and the guy loves Wilmington and we even had a mutual friend. I told him my dilemma and he said no problem. While texting Mike, I asked for the manager's name and a card. He said, "Angel, like Heaven". When I laughed he asked why I was laughing. I said because I asked God to get me to the right person to help me out. Of course you're Angel! I bet God was snickering!

I have so many stories like this and they never cease to amaze me. God tells us to pray about everything. Philippians 4: 6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Once I asked God for His help I had peace when I saw that store. It made sense and the affirmation for me was, "Angel - from Heaven."

How many times do we not present our requests to God? I try to remember that nothing is too big or too small. Trust in God's goodness, His love for us and His perfect knowledge and power. We can have peace when we make the request knowing that He knows what is best for us. God cares about every single detail of our life. Tell Him what you need, thank Him for loving you and receive His peace.
