Release of Regrets

It is shocking to hear someone say they don't regret anything in their life. I regret a lot - things I did or things I didn't do. But I no longer live with regrets, thank You, Jesus! I have moved on and know that God wastes nothing - even the regrets - to make me who I am today. He is an awesome God Who truly wants what is best for us!

The reason I no longer live with regret is I know God has forgiven me for my past sins. 2 Corinthians 7: 10, "Godly sorrow brings repentance that leads to salvation and leaves no regret, but worldly sorrow brings death." And He says He remembers them no more! Jeremiah 31: 34, "For I will forgive their wickedness and will remember their sins no more." What comfort! I can see God's hand in my life using both the good and the bad. Romans 8: 28, "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who[a] have been called according to his purpose."

If you have regrets ask God to forgive you. You will realize that your life has already been enough and He wants to use you. God's power is enough to fill in all of the gaps we left and His love is enough to finish what He started in us. He is still at work in our life. Our story is not over. And for the regrets of what we didn't do, God redeems our missed opportunity and can give us second chances! Just ask Him! Release those regrets!
