I'm Back! Thank You, Jesus!

This is the longest I have gone without writing in many years. The blogs I have posted since mid November were written prior to then. I chose to use this time to heal, spending lots of time in creation, time with God and time in His Word. I always say it is amazing what God can do when we give Him our time. I needed Him and I knew He was there with arms open wide. 1 Peter 5: 7, "Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you."

I cried out to God and He guided me while holding my hand all the way. I had decisions to make and Mike and I prayed for God's clarity. My devotion that morning from Jesus Calling said, "Because you are precious to Me, I want you to take good care of yourself: spiritually, emotionally, and physically. Make time for pondering Scripture in your mind and heart. Protect yourself, both emotionally and physically, from those who would take advantage of you. Remember that your body is the Holy Spirit's temple. I also want you to help others discover the glorious good news - the free gift of eternal Life for all who believe in Me." He was guiding me! Jeremiah 29: 11, "For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."

During this time I asked God to take me deeper with my writing. I asked for a boldness for what He wants shared and not to let flesh get involved. I asked Him to bring me confidence in Him because I am worthy. I am the King's daughter and I am who He says I am! I knew when I woke up at 3:30 this morning (2/1/24), writing in my head, I was coming back! I wrote three blogs in my head before I got up and started typing. I have sat at the computer all day, words pouring out - nine blogs! I'm back! Thank You, Jesus!
