He Wastes NOTHING!

All through my testimony I see God wasted nothing! Romans 8: 28, "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose." Not only does He not waste our mistakes but He can use the hurt we suffer from others. Romans 5:3-4, "Not only so, but we also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope."

I know God does not cause cancer. It can be from lifestyle, stress, environment, the water, genetics or a mutated gene. The hard times in our lives can be the consequences of bad decisions, decisions intended for good but with a bad result, someone else, etc. I know God can stop anything and heal anyone but that is not always His plan. I have to trust Him even if I do not understand. Proverbs 3: 5, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding..."

God sees the big picture and we do not! James 4: 14, "Why, you do not even know what will happen tomorrow. What is your life? You are a mist that appears for a little while and then vanishes." A little time of suffering on this earth is nothing compared to eternity! God uses this time to make us more like Him. 2 Corinthians 4:17-18, "For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal." I believe God used my suffering to bring me closer to Him and to bring spiritual encouragement to others.

As I always say, thank Him for the hard times because that is when we grow! James 1: 2-4, "Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature not lacking anything
