Father God, I love you and adore you! I want to say, happy birthday, Jesus! I want to celebrate Jesus, His birth and His life! Thank you for sending Your Son to earth, in human form, to feel all of the emotions we would experience. Thank You for bringing life and hope to us all! Thank You, Jesus, for dying on the cross for my sins. Thank You, for rising from the dead three days later so that every Christmas we can celebrate the gift of eternal life!
We live in a broken world that needs good news! Make that good news real in our hearts. God, “help me be filled with the wonder of Mary, the obedience of Joseph, the joy of the angels, the eagerness of the shepherds, the determination of the magi, and the peace of the Christ child.” Help me to shine Your Light brightly! And don’t let me go anywhere where Your Presence is not with me!
I wait with anticipation for your return, to see Jesus face to face! Until then, help me to further Your Kingdom. It is in the precious and Holy name of Jesus, I pray! Amen!
