God Is Still On The Throne!

There are all kinds of things that make us doubt our future, our children's future, the world's future but God is still on the throne! We need to remind ourselves of that daily if not hourly. It is easy to get caught up in negativity whether, tv, work, school, family, etc.

When we feel hopeless or no way out we need remember how big our God is! He still does miracles and the first miracle I always think of is the Red Sea. Can you imagine running from the enemy and dead end to the sea? And then, it splits for you to walk right through? We wouldn't have thought to ask for that! Remember, Daniel and the Lion's Den. Daniel was sentenced to die by being put into a den of lions. When someone shouted out to Daniel to ask if His God had been able to deliver him, Daniel replied in Daniel 6: 22, "My God sent his angel, and he shut the mouths of the lions. They have not hurt me, because I was found innocent in his sight. Nor have I ever done any wrong before you, Your Majesty." He would have never thought to ask for that!

God is always in control and always ahead of us and He knows the future. We have to trust Him! And He will always come up with the best plan - something we would have never thought of. Ephesians 3: 20, "Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us..." Now, knowing He is in control praise Him for being the King of Kings that will never leave you or forsake you!
