Freedom In The Fire

I was going down the highway and saw where there had been a controlled burn and there was new growth. It made me think of how some gifts don't come out until we go through some uncomfortable times. This is why I say, thank God during the hard times because that is when we grow. Begin to recognize when things are tough that God is up to something! Something good! Thank Him for what He is doing in your life.

God knows how high to turn the heat up - He knows how much we can handle. Proverbs 17: 3, "The refining pot is for silver and the furnace for gold, But the Lord tests the hearts." He wants us to become everything He intended us to be. He does not cause the bad situations but He uses them to bring good. He will take us to new levels that we could have never reached without the fire. If it would have stopped our destiny then He would not have allowed it. The enemy may have meant it to stop you but God will use it to promote you. The enemy is not in control of our life - God is! On the other side of whatever you are going through there is an abundance of joy, strength, confidence and faith! Ephesians 3: 20, "Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us..." There is freedom in the fire!
