Faith To Be Healed

I was told after my breast cancer journey, by a medical professional, that my faith had healed me. There is no doubt in my mind! I am still asked how I am doing and I always have the same response. "I am healed. God healed me."

God can heal in different ways. He can heal supernaturally, he can heal through the medical profession (it was Him who gives them wisdom) and He can give the ultimate healing which is when we go to live with Him for all eternity. I believe God gets all the glory for my healing and I believe He healed me at church during a healing service for me. James 5: 14, "Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord." He could have healed me through the doctors that He brought to me. He never left me and He gave me hope and helped me see all the blessings.

I was reading that the medical profession now think grateful people seem to get healed more! Of course! I think that is because they know where their help comes from. Psalm 121: 1-2, "I lift up my eyes to the mountains—where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord,

the Maker of heaven and earth." When you are grateful you know that someone else is in charge and that you have the Great Physician on your team! What a stress reliever!

I also had the faith that God CAN heal. Matthew 17: 20-21, "He replied, 'Because you have so little faith. Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.'”

Faith comes from trusting that God can do anything. No matter what we have going on we can ask for healing of our brokeness, whether physical, emotional or spiritual. Jeremiah 17: 14, "Heal me, Lord, and I will be healed..." All we have to do is trust Him fully.

No Plan B

My husband, Mike said, "there is no plan B." He had his mind set and would see it to fruition. He quickly added, "if that is what God wants". He was saying that if this was part of God's plan then he
